Happy Birthday to YOU

my beautiful Alexander who is 6 today. He is even 'ooger' than before - when he was a baby, he was called 'ooge' (as in huge) as he was a chubba bubba - I can't believe it has been 6 years!!

Today you:

• woke up at 7 am after crashing asleep at 6.40pm last night (12+ hours is unheard of gor you!!!)
• had milo cereal for breakfast
• opened your presents excitedly, even though you knew pretty much what you were getting: DSi, Wii games, a cricket helmet, an AFL Crows mug/keyring & 2 handmade cards by your girls (me & Ellie)
• were sooooo disappointed that your bestest teacher, Hayley, was away sick from school today and you had Mary...who is very nice but just not the same iykwim ;)
• were made class manager to dry up those tears you had when you got to school (I love your resilience xxxx)
• did your show & tell with confidence and pride this morning
• will have your 2nd school based swimming lesson at Norwood
• will have a lunch order
• get to see the new Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows after school with Mum, Dad and Eleanor whilst Maddie will spend quality time with Nanna
• have a cake with candles after the movie
• hopefully go to bed happy and tired ready to begin tomorrow !!
